Displayed is an original certified VF30PPQ 1899 U.S $1 Silver Certificate elaborately housed with an original certified MS64 1899 $1 Morgan Silver Dollar. Both are sealed by grading services for authenticity and protection. The Silver Certificate was issued by the U.S Treasury. Silver Certificates could be redeemed for coin or bullion.

The display features a copy of The Bland-Allison Act of 1878. Includes a custom digitally printed metal plaque depicting an Eagle in the background as featured on the Silver Certificate, and a copy of the reverse side of the Silver Certificate. The plaque details the rights and powers of the act, creating the infamous Morgan Silver Dollar.
