My dear readers, I need your help.
As those of you who have been with me for any length of time, you know how passionate I am about physical gold and silver. As I’ve noted many times, those precious metals make up the overwhelming majority of my financial net worth, so I very much practice what I preach.
I’ve gone over the many reasons why the U.S. dollar, and indeed ALL the world’s fiat currencies, are destined to fail and continue in that failure to rob you of your hard-earned wealth. By our government’s own admissions (see, for example the Bureau of Labor Statistics for Inflation), the purchasing power of the U.S. dollar has fallen over 95% since the Federal Reserve was established in 1913. The majority of that drop in value has occurred since the U.S. ultimately dropped any tie of its currency to gold when President Nixon “closed the gold window” in 1971.
In addition to MY ownership of gold, as you know, I have been passionate about getting this message out to as many people as I can. Yes, I think Miles Franklin offers the best value and service when it comes to precious metals, and yes, I believe few people in our industry know this business better than my son Andy.
But even if our readers buy precious metals from someone else, I most certainly still want to get the message out to everyone that they MUST own physical bullion in this time of current monetary crisis, and even more so for what I and many others believe is the far worse monetary crisis to come. While I personally advocate a high percentage of a person’s net worth now be in physical metals, I hope every day to win over more folks into investing just SOME portion of their wealth, 40, 25, even only 10%, to protect themselves from the ravages of inflation that are now inevitable.
Back to my request for your help: As you’ve heard me mention recently, our daily readership is up. Given the past month’s decline to today’s depressed, extremely oversold levels, now is the perfect time to move dollar-based wealth into gold. Our goal is to reach 100,000 readers by the end of 2012. The absolute best way to get new customers is through our current customers.
We are asking each of you to please forward our articles to of any of your friends, family members or close business associates that YOU feel could benefit from the important message and insight we provide each day. Suggest that they subscribe to our newsletter using this link:

Thank you for your help!
David, the plead in your above commentary has “called to me”. I recently had a conversation, about 2 weeks ago actually, with Andy S. about the problem or concern I have about local product availability, and the need to find another reputable source for my own personal needs, along with the needs of friends and family whom I assist with in their precious metals needs. Turns out Miles Franklin has a business affiliation with one of my local dealers I mentioned to Andy. He had made a phone call to this dealer with an obvious concern and shortly thereafter I was approached by the President of this dealer. As it turns out, my very bad experiences with this dealer may have turned out to be a blessing. I would love to discuss this further and the potential of doing future business to help fulfill the same passion and goal I have, and that is getting physical gold and silver into the hands of the people by way of a reputable dealer who is willing to serve the needs of everyone, not just the guys with the “bottom less pockets”. I look forward to future conversation with either you or Andy S. Take care and thank you for all of the commentary and information you guys provide for the precious metals community!
